Gerardo R. Bucio arrived in the United States in year 2000, bringing with him the vibrant spirit of his native Uruapan, Michoacán, Mexico, this region, globally recognized and famed for its breathtaking monarch butterfly sanctuary, served as an early backdrop to Gerardo's innate creativity.

From a young age, Gerardo was immersed in a world of artistic expression, demonstrating a keen fascination for handicrafts and the innovative potential of recycled materials in his school projects. With the early encouragement of his mother, he began crafting whimsical outfits and accessories for friends and family, nurturing a burgeoning passion for design. Developing as an empirical designer, Gerardo's journey in the United States included a 15-year tenure as a dental assistant.
